You may use our websites, demonstrations, and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape them at unreasonable volume, or use them to violate another person's rights.

Some products or projects may be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls for that product or project.

Shorebirds and its licensors retain all rights in the websites, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials we provide. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our services except where the law or a separate written agreement allows it.

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, and use them as reasonably necessary to answer your inquiry, provide the requested service, operate and secure our systems, and meet our legal obligations. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide those materials.

When you contact us, we collect the information you submit and basic request details such as the submission time, source, and IP address. We use this information to respond, manage the relationship, prevent abuse, and improve our services. If you submit only your email through the footer form, we use it to send occasional Shorebirds updates. You may ask us to stop those emails at any time.

We do not sell contact-form information. We may share it with service providers that help us host, secure, and operate our services, subject to appropriate obligations, or when disclosure is required by law.

Our services may link to or rely on third-party products and websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Shorebirds is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, our websites and general demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Shorebirds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of our general websites or demonstrations. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

We may update these terms as our services change. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Shorebirds, or our services, or when these terms are materially violated.
